Eden was one of the best guides we have ever had. We travel a lot and it takes a special person to really make everyone feel comfortable, taken care of and create a FUN time. My kids were attached to her hip by the time we left. She is really great at her job. We all had a wonderful time! Highly recommend.
We did the Zipline tour. What a blast! We had great guides James and Carson who kept the mood light, have us great info, and made the experience a blast. There is a bit of uphill walking between lines but our 76 year old Grammy managed it taking only a few breaks and had a great time (though if fitness is a major issue for you it may be difficult). It's not cheap but it lasts a solid 3 hours and we enjoyed it immensely.

Our guides Larissa and Mona were awesome and made the experience even better! With their guidance we got to try out different Zipline positions while still feeling safe and comfortable!

Amazing, amazing, amazing. Whether you’re a beginner or use it blind a few times. I think this was a wonderful tour. Our two tour guides Larissa and Grace were wonderful. Not only were they knowledgeable, they were professional, and fun. Larissa educated us about our surroundings. Larissa and Grace worked perfectly together. They were encouraging and fun. They never rushed anyone or made anyone feel like they couldn’t achieve their goals for the day.

So much fun! The views are beautiful. We were able to try flying and ziplining upside down. The tour guides were super friendly and made us feel very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
Eden and Jenelle were phenomenal!! The tour was fantastic with these two guides at the helm talking everyone through the steps and safety (often multiple times for the sake of the kids and let’s face it… us poor, short-term memory adults), teaching us about the area’s wildlife/plants/conservation efforts, making conversation easy between the mix of the groups there, and in general bringing their easygoing and upbeat energy (including suggestions for posed photos) to everything we did. They were such a treat!!
So much fun! Our tour guides, Janelle and Saveh, were awesome. The check in process was straight forward (don’t get the negative reviews on check in difficulties.) We arrived 30 minutes early, received instructions on where to go, and drove there. Our guides were informative and helpful. Highly recommend doing the tour if you visit Kauai.
Amazing experience! Professional staff, safety conscience and educational. You have to try the SuperMan and Upside-down. Beautiful views and plenty of photo ops. Couldn't have asked for a better Kauai excursion for our family! Ethan and Grace were fantastic!
